Splinter Cell: Conviction DLC Released

More superfluous colons with: Deniable Ops: Insurgency

Another Thursday's rolled around, which usually means that there's another great piece of DLC dropped onto the Marketplace. Today sees the release of the Deniable Ops: Insurgency in Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Conviction, available for 800 Microsoft Points. The DLC has nine achievements worth a total of 250G.

The content spans four unique settings, "from the docks of San Francisco to a New Orleans cemetery, a prison in Portland to a hidden research complex in Salt Lake City." The content features new Deniable Ops multiplayer, playable across all four modes: Hunter, Infiltration, Last Stand and Face-Off.

The game also got an important Title Update a couple of days ago, which - according to the game's official website at least - addresses the following:
• Addresses the issue that prevented some users from getting the Realistic Difficulty in Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Conviction achievement
• Fixes issues with savegame corruption
• Improves overall stability
• Makes it possible to unlock the P99 pistol

Check the external link below for the typical link to the DLC pack on the Xbox.com Marketplace, where you can purchase it and queue it up for download if you want. Obviously, if you don't want the DLC, then uh... don't buy it.
